Description
Patient had posterior teeth that were old root canal treated teeth with porcelain fused to metal crowns. Due to gum recession, the metal base of the crowns was exposed leaving a dark grey line around the margins. He had an overall smile makeover and many old teeth replaced with dental implants. The key to a successful smile makeover is not being able to tell which ones are dental implants.
